«Gazeta.RU» Victims of Terrorist Attack at Dubrovka forced to sign a Nondisclosure Agreement Victims of the terrorist attack at Dubrovka and their relatives were compelled to sign an agreement to not disclosel details of the investigation. Dmitry Milovidov, a member of 'Nord-Ost' coordinating committeee, revealed this today at press conference in Moscow.
According to Milovidov, he has signed such a document. Milovidov says that he did this after consulting with a lawyer, and in order to not give the Moscow prosecutor\'s office reason to accuse victims or their relatives of refusing to cooperate with investigators.
