Alexander Valentinovich Tyukachev was born on May 12^th, 1965, in the city of Arkhangelsk.  He attended school in the Ukrainian city of Rivno (Rovno), graduating in 1982 with honors.  He studied at the military communications institute in Orel from 1982 to 1986.  After graduation he served in the Soviet army.  In 1992 he quit the military and found work as the director of Aspect, Inc.  He married and raised two daughters.

Alexander loved life and was a cheerful and responsible person, and reliable son, husband, and father.  His kind memory will remain forever in the hearts of his loved ones, friends, and acquaintances.
