CERTIFICATE

As a result of a study of the medical case histories of those persons from the Place of Culture for the Moscow Bearings Company (Dubrovka theatrical complex) who were hospitalized on October 26th, 2002.

This study discusses 640 medical histories taken from various medical establishments in Moscow in the course of an investigation of criminal case 229133.

 

The purpose of this study is to determine the times and means by which hostages from the Place of Culture for the Moscow Bearings Company (Dubrovka theatrical complex) arrived at medical establishments in Moscow on October 26th, 2002.  In so far as at the time of this certificate’s preparation the as yet unsecured medical cards have not been studied, and a study of the medical cards of the dead victims undergoing forensic medical autopsies has not been conducted, the given studies have only a preliminary character.

According to entries in the medical cards that were studied:

Veteran’s Hospital #1 in Moscow:

0630 to 0700 – 53 patients

0700 to 0730 – 20 patients

0730 to 0800 – 10 patients

After 0800 – 6 patients

All patients were delivered by SMP ambulance squads.

City Clinical Hospital #13 in Moscow:

0715 to 0800 – 3 patients (1 by an SMP ambulance squad, and 2 by other means)

0800 to 0830 – 213 patients (60 by SMP ambulance squads, and 153 by other means)

0830 to 0900 – 21 patients (11 by SMP ambulance squads, and 10 by other means)

0900 to 0930 – 27 patients (9 by SMP ambulance squads, and 18 by other means)

0930 to 1000 – 20 patients (1 by an SMP ambulance squad, and 19 by other means)

After 1000 – 45 patients (1 by an SMP ambulance squad, and 44 by other means)

City Clinical Hospital #7 in Moscow:

0700 to 0800 – 8 patients (all by SMP ambulance squads)

0800 to 0830 – 16 patients (6 by SMP ambulance squads, and 10 by other means)

0830 to 0900 – 13 patients (5 by SMP ambulance squads, and 8 by other means)

0900 to 0930 – 8 patients (2 by SMP ambulance squads, and 6 by other means)

0930 to 1000 – 15 patients (1 by an SMP ambulance squad, and 14 by other means)

After 1000 – 17 patients (1 by an SMP ambulance squad, and 16 by other means)

City Clinical Hospital #1 in Moscow:

0700 to 0800 – 9 patients (all by SMP ambulance squads)

0800 to 0900 – 19 patients (12 by SMP ambulance squads, and 7 by other means)

Other medical establishments, according to entries on the medical cards, received hostages only via SMP ambulance squads.  One hostage independently went to the Botkin City Clinical Hospital.
