On the night of February 15, died Carl Stephen Snedden, editor of the English version of our website Carl — sociable, inquisitive, charming American, which our grief has not left indifferent. Several years ago, Carl began to translate the article into English, and post them on the discussion forums for people to know the details of the tragedy.
